(Paid-up Chamber members only)

It is that time again in the current round of the planning application for Brett Works for wider discussion and the Tesco representatives have asked us to arrange an evening meeting where members can talk to them, discuss the perceived benefits and local concerns. This meeting will be primarily to explore concerns and needs in the light of planning approval being given.

Hadleigh Railway Walk

Rated as one of the UK's 10 most homey towns - and one of the country's most important architecturally - Hadleigh is a delight for shopping with high street stores taking pride in offering old fashioned service. Parking is free so you can browse at no cost. Spend time visiting the Guildhall and Deanery tower alongside Hadleigh's fine church and drop in at one of the cafe's, pubs or restaurants.

You'll find a day's too short to explore all this market town has to offer, from walks along the former railway line, or feeding the ducks on the riverside.  You can sample our famous handmade chocolates or browse our Alladin's cave, also known as Partridges. With top class food shops, eclectic gift stores and all the essentials, Hadleigh will cater for all you need in the setting of an historic market town once an important centre in the wood trade.

There's also a wealth of culture, from recitals in the church, to concerts at the Old School House and live music in pubs and cafes.
