The Centre
Hadleigh Centre offers a pleasant working environment with 20 business units to encourage and support new and existing businesses, as well as offering conference facilities and a virtual office service.

All business units form part of a fully serviced enterprise centre that employs a resident team to provide core services to tenants such as visitor enquiries, post, receipt of deliveries and administration assistance.

Easy-in, easy-out tenancy means that companies can enjoy the flexibility of expanding without the commitment of a long-term lease or legal fees.

The Units
The cost of renting an office each month is inclusive of telephone answering and reception services, utilities and enterprise support. All units have power, telephone and broadband internet connection, furnished with fitted carpet, access to shared kitchen, ample car parking and twenty-four hour access.

Aimed at new and existing businesses that can contribute to the growth of Hadleigh economy, Hadleigh Business and Learning Centre is managed by the country's leading business support specialist, NWES. As part of the tenancy package, businesses receive a high level of enterprise support including free, 1-to-1 business advice, the opportunity to attend business development and personal development courses, plus access to our enterprise loan fund for companies that have been refused finance from a bank.

Virtual Office Service
If you run a business from home and are not yet at the stage of requiring business premises, or are an existing business looking to expand to other sites in the East of England, Hadleigh Business and Learning Centre offers a virtual office package that will support you in projecting a professional company image, giving you access to many of the benefits associated with a full tenancy including telephone answering, mail forwarding, message handling, use of a business address and utilisation of the conference and meeting room facilities.

Meeting Facilities
The Centre has a fully air conditioned meeting room which can accommodate 18 people and a trainer, also we have a smaller 1-2-1 room that can accommodate 4 persons and large flexible open space that can be arranged to suit.

Meeting and equipment includes digital projector, overhead projector, DVD/video, a flip chart, internet access and an interactive whiteboard. Refreshments and additional support services are also available on site.
